I go through this entire container about every two months. I make hot chili oil, which is INCREDIBLE with these flakes. I pretty much sprinkle this stuff on everything I eat, there isn't a meal I have without it :) It's not really that spicy to me- maybe like a mild 5/10 heat? I think the flavour is 10/10 and worth trying if you haven't already.
