Mixed feelings.
Biggest flaw: battery life. Be lucky to make it a week with C batteries. Sometimes every four days I need to replace the batteries. Very unexceptional! Make sure you buy the Stealth Cam 12V Battery Box. Supposedly will last a solid month maybe more.Biggest pros: Does what it is intended to do. Captures anything that sets off it's motion sensor. So far, I've managed to get cats and birds, and was hoping for deer and bears. Patience is a virtue so don't lose it. Overall a solid device that is ideal as a game scout camera. Plus it is nice to see what is going on in the backyard at night. You never know, you might catch a thief!

Disappointed
The Wildview is considerably more affordable than Moultrie models and has slightly shorter range. Mine malfunctioned (stopped taking pictures) after a couple of weeks in service. The Factory Tech Reps weren't able to resolve, so Amazon exchanged for me. After a week of operation, the replacement malfunctioned just like the first one -- stopped taking pictures and indicated low battery. I checked the batteries and all were at 80%. Put them in a Moultrie camera and it's operating fine. In the future, I'll spend the extra money for a Moultrie; Wildview isn't reliable.I returned the camera to Amazon as defective -- AMAZON CHARGED A 20% RESTOCKING FEE FOR A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT!!!!

Needs more engineering
While the videos it took in the daylight weren't too bad there are too many things about the camera that are poor. For the price of the camera, they could have at least included a short USB cable since a special one is required. The clips for holding the cover closed are backwards. You will get broken fingernails trying to unfasten them because they are against your mounting surface. They should be facing the other way to make it easier to open them.Likewise, the SD card slot is so close to the body of the camera you almost need a pair of tweezers to remove the card.Instructions say to angle the camera down, but this is hardly possible since there is no rotational mount - you would have to find a tree that is leaning towards the ground to mount it on.In order to turn off the camera, you have to sneak up on it and open the cover using fingernails if you have any left, otherwise you will get pictures of you trying to turn it off.BATTERY LIFE IS ABYSMAL. I got two days from brand new alkaline batteries. And most of the time the camera was OFF!The LED that you look at while testing the range of the unit is so small you will need binoculars to see it.If this camera is an example of the others from this "manufacturer" I'd stay away from all of them.

OK camera
OK camera.Pros: takes good pictures day & night, no flash or lights, easy to set up & operate, tight sealCons: does not have a battery level indicator (only a light the is suppose to flash when batteries get low - still have not seen the light work), have to reset date, time (only military time) when you change the batteries, have to turn camera off to change the SD card, price high for what you get, SD card is difficult to get in and outWould not recommend this camera because there are a lot better camera choices available.
