Best Cake ever.
I am a baker from way back when. This Lakanto product is perfect in many ways. The texture, the flavor, the ease of baking is spot on. I can even use a large air fryer for this product. Many Keto “recipes” are too sweet ( yes you can adjust them yourself ) but you wont believe how excellent this one is in so many ways. I cut a piece of parchment paper for the pan prep and you are good to go. Enjoy !!

SOOO delicious!
This year was my ninth year of not eating sugar, but I wanted a birthday cake SO BAD. I saw this mix (and the brownie mix) and everything in it was legal on my diet. No grain. NO sugar. And it was SO good. I admit I tossed in some walnuts and no-sugar 100% cocoa chocolate chips. But the first bite I took of this was heavenly. I had tried other mixes but they had too much erythritol in them and that stuff is dangerous. It gave me nausea. But this Lakanto cake or brownie mix does not ever cause a problem. The only problem I have is moderating - I could probably eat the whole cake in one sitting!

Secret key to making it fluffier
I'm usually hit or miss with most keto cakes. Usually prefer to get the brownies because they texture better than the keto cakes do. But thanks to adding a secret ingredient to the mix, it turned out perfectly cake like for us. Only thing I might add would be more sweetener, but otherwise a perfect keto cake in my opinion.

Not a fan
I made this cake exactly as directed. It was supposed to be for my DIL’s birthday because she is on a special diet plan. The cake was so dense it was like a brick when baked. (I bake a LOT of cakes from scratch and have never had a cake turn out like this.) It was not only dense, but the flavor was nonexistent. I had to throw it out.

Doesn't fluff up much/weird texture
It didn't fluff up much. It's ok....but I plan on making a poke cake out of it with sugar free jello and sf cool whip. Hopefully it changes the bland taste and weird texture.3 stars with ease of cooking and preparing.Wouldn't purchase again. I'll review it after I finish transforming it into a raspberry poke cake.....to be continued.....

Great alternative to good cake
Cake was kind of moist not too dry but keto friendly! Awesome product! Will order again!
