I got these in a beauty box years ago, and just keep coming back for more. I honestly don't even NEED to buy more, I just like the variety of colors.When I say "don't need to buy more", I mean, these can take a beating. They won't lose their elasticity or break, at least, not easily. I think in the 6-7 years I've been using them, I've only had one break ONCE.They also double as a cute bracelet! I have one on at all times, and only really switch to new one when I get bored with a color. I legit had to be told to take my hair tie off my wrist on my wedding day, and felt naked without it.Long hair, short hair, thick hair, thin hair, these hold it all with ease, and are easy to remove without EVER pulling hairs out. I've handed them out to countless girl friends over the years and they all ask where to get more.If you're still reading this, just order some. I promise that these are the best hair ties you'll ever buy!

Came so fast and the best ponytail tie ever

I was looking for some hair ties a little nicer and little more noticeable than the usual thin black or brown stretch bands. I was also looking for some subtle colorways that had a modicum of masculinity; among the plethora of colorways L.Erickson makes these bands in, I found these.The bands have a good stretch, they hold my fine hair and they seem not to get as easily tangled in my hair as the thinner ties do when removing them. They are comfortable and they look good. The only reason I knocked a star off was because two of the bands in the bunch I received have a shiny, glittery, very noticeable thread running through them that was not obvious in the close up photograph used to market these bands.Unfortunately, all of the Erickson ties of this design have at least two bands in each bunch with some glittery thread through them ...which I personally didn't want. Out of all the choices Erickson sells, you'd think they could make some sets without bands with the glittery thread.Other than that complaint, the hair ties look good and work great; they seem to be holding up well.

Long story short, these hair ties are comfortable and stylish.The material of each band is soft and comfortable on both my wrists and in my hair. My hair is thick and curly which has lead to many issues with other hair ties in the past. Tangles and pulled hair have been the norm for me, even with gentle hair ties made for curly hair. These are the first ties I have used that avoid those pitfalls. The colors are also stylish which gives plenty of options when matching with outfits.I bought the fall color pack and have been largely satisfied with the colors. Based on the photo, it was a little unclear what the darkest colors in the pack are. I was actually hoping the darkest color was black, but it turned out to be brown. The included colors in the fall pack are (top to bottom) Golden Yellow, Grey Blue, Light Blue, Orange, Purple, Dark Blue, Brown, Dark Violet.All in all, I recommend getting a set of these if you want stylish and comfortable hair ties.

I really enjoy using these hair ties. They are stretchy and don’t cut off circulation when you wear them around your wrist. They are also relatively easy to take out when worn in a ponytail all day long. I prefer these to the standard black thin ones because these don’t rip out your hair on removal. There are tons of colors to choose from and are overall my favorite hair ties used to date!
