You can easily put plates upto 80kg.our body needs a weight training whether the rod is normal or Olympic doesn't matter.Don't hesitate to buy it,as you cannot get better that this in such a price. But carefully check for defects such as bend, sharp edges etc.What matters is whether you lift or not.👍

Lock is Not Tight
The Main Thing is The Lock ..So that the Weight didnt fall .. The Lock was To Bad And Did not get Tight Enough .... Otherwise the Quality Was Good Thats why 3 star ...
