Firmness of the product, if it suits your need
I received a wrong mattress, sponge instead of spring box, but once I informed the seller, he sent the correct mattress all the way from Ajman to Al Ain, in the same day. I am happy with it, even though it is a bit firmer than desired, I guess time will soften it a bit.
