I normally love candles from this brand but I guess I will only buy them from a department store from now on. This one & another one (the gold shiny one) I ordered both came snuggly packed in styrofoam so I was surprised to open them & see they were both so damaged & “off” looking.A bunch of the glass bumps are broken off & sharp. The label is all weird & scratched up, like something that’s been sitting in a discount bin.The wax is really strange in color & texture, it honestly looks like someone took used empty candle jars & refilled them with new wax.I bought them both to give as gifts but definitely can’t give these to someone. The smell of the gold one was nice but this one smells like citrus cleaner & not what I imagined from the name “Woody”

Update- The company reached out me regarding my purchase and offered to replace it with an additional candle or refund. I'm really do love these candles even though they are pricey and the customer service is outstanding.I bought this as a gift. It came completely wrapped in dirty cellophane and the box was damaged. I didn't have time to get a new gift so I unwrapped it from the original packaging and put it in tissue paper and a gift bag. It smells great out of the box, but I think there's also an air bubble in the candle from the pic my friend took. This candle wasn't cheap and I love the jar, but I question the QC.

This candle container is so beautiful I would buy it alone for that reason. BUT luckily the candle also smells good and comforting!

I've purchased the specific candle multiple times in the past. The candle has a beautiful bright floral scent that fills a room. It lasts about 60 hours and typically the jar has little to no leftover candle wax at the end.As instructed, I left the candle burn for 4 hours initially. They burned soooo unevenly and left gaping caves. I'm fairly certain this time around the candle won't last more than 35 hours (if even that).Maybe they've changed the formula or I received from a bad batch. Regardless, I'm not sure I'll purchase these candles again.

I got the Moroccan &Amber sent. I love this smells and pretty candle bin. It’s really relaxing and long lasting. I keep it in my living room. When I enter the room I can smell whole room. I would definitely purchase again!
