I make jewelry and this is good for leak detection around gas lines. the unit's screen gets a little hard to read if wearing polarized lenses. tested it with NG, LP, and MAPP

Dont know about the accuracy since I have not found a leak yet. When I was wondering if the detector was working I turned on a burner without igniting it and waved the detector near it. The detector immediately went into alarm and showed a reading over 4,000 that fairly quickly went down. It was working!!!

Currently haven’t had an issue with this product. Works well as intended. Tested it out on my propane grill and the PPM read out is fast and seems accurate enough to locate the area of a gas leak on piping.Definitely recommend.

I was trying to locate a leak outside that every one kept complaining about at the pool, I calibrated and zeroed it as per instructions. Holding it directly over the area, it detected nothing, the plumber came and did the same thing with his sensor and found the source immediately, 2bars. This product was a waste of 70$and the time I spent even with a sinus issue my nose was more sensitive to locating the leak!

I recently replaced a gas valve. This tool was indispensable in identifying any leaks from the connections that I made. Everything checked out fine and I can sleep at night. No more using bubbles to identify leaks.

I’m amazed at the resolution, gives low numbers a few inches from the leak, then high numbers and alarm as I get to the leak. Pinpoints the leak!

Détecte bien les fuites de gaz. Calibrage assez rapide (30 secondes). Le résultat fluctue rapidement en fonction des mouvements d'air donc pas très précis mais pour ce prix je recommande.

El aparato se corresponde a las explicaciones del fabricante. Llegó antes de lo previsto y es fácil de usar y, sobre todo, fiable. He comprobado diferentes situaciones y en todas ellas ha funcionado correctamente.Lo adquirí después de buscar diferentes opciones ya que necesitaba conocer si había o no existencia de fugas en un lugar poco accesible. Recomiendo totalmente el producto y al fabricante.
