Great belt
This dip belt works perfect when you want to chain weight plates on for dips, of course, but for pull-ups, too. I've only tried it with a 25 lb. plate with the chain through the center, but it seems like it would easily accomodate a 35 or 45 if you have access to the plates with some holes around the edges and not just the center hole. Weighted dips and pull-ups are where it's at for the gainz once just your bodyweight gets too easy.

Great for the price
I went to Wal Mart and to buy a weight belt and the chain hardware it would have cost 4x this price. The quality of this belt is ok and the chain is thin, so putting a plate on there seems a little suspect, but for the price you honestly cannot beat this. Easy to slip on, but takes a little time switching out weights. Overall I'm extremely satisfied

Good belt for the price
Works fine for adding weight dips and pullups. I wish the waist wasn't as wide, but it works fine for what it was designed for

Its a great belt, especially price
This is an excellent dip belt and I have used many. Extremely comfortable, even with heavier loads. Very well made, very supportive and the way the belt lays on your back is very comfortable. The chain is strong as well. I think what I appreciate the most about the belt is that in the middle of a repetition, the belt is so comfortable that I am only concentrating on the lift and not on the feeling of the weights hanging on me or digging into my back. All in all, this belt is great and I love it!After only a single use, I have no complaints and heartily recommend the belt. I needed this belt years ago. Thanks!

Just what you need to step it up

It's alright!
I like how wide the belt is but the chain is short and attached to one side of the belt. I have a 32" waist and it's still tough to get a full size olympic plate on the chain. I can hook a kettlebell to it pretty easily, but I have a limited variety of weights there and it's a pain to hook anything else onto it. Otherwise nice, maybe I'll go buy another length of chain and a carabiner...

This company should be removed from Amazon!!!I’ve never seen something so awful through Amazon(not there fault). The packaging was intact but when I looked through the clear product packaging from Defy the product had stains and rips.(See photos) It blows my mind anyone would send a product like this, it’s disgusting.It also claims it uses neoprene but there is not an ounce of neoprene anywhere just nylon and trash.Stay away
