Will sometimes cause tooth pain
The gel made a difference that I could see by the second use. I only leave on about one hour or hour and 30 min. I do have tooth sensitivity, so it did cause some tooth pain, but resolved quickly

Watery Mess!!!!
This is not a gel, but rather it is so watery that it will seep out of your retainers, and you end up swallowing half of it… Do not bother! Disgusting!!!!

This is the same stuff my dentist used to sale but this is so much cheaper. It does the trick and makes my teeth really white. It doesn’t hurt while in the trays and on my teeth. I use it maybe once a year.
