seems ok. i only took 2 per day. when i tried to take 4 per day, i got wheezing. so i stayed with 2 per day, and bottle is almost finished. probably wont repeat as there's other products to try.

I did not notice any effect after 2 months.

So I have never taken them internally, I use these to heal wounds. I open a capsule, pour it into a tiny container, mix in Raw Honey, and TeaTree oil. It is the best!!
