Bought to continue my physical therapy at home
My physical therapist actually looked this up on Amazon and printed it out for me to buy. I had surgery for frozen shoulder, a condition I wouldn't wish on my worst enemy. This involves a lot of exercises that while unpleasant, do help me regain range of motion. This is quite similar to the pulley at the PT's office. It hooks up easily to a doorway and doesn't require any special equipment so is easy for the average user. I can't comment on other pulleys, but I do think that since my physical therapist recommended this model, it must be good.
