Northfin Food Carnivore Formula 10Mm Pellet 500 Gram Package

I have fed a variety of “carnivore” pellets and honestly they eat everything, thankfully. This food I did notice is a little harder than the Hikari pellets and not as hard as the aqueon pro, but after it’s in the water for a bit it does soften up. I’d also like to add that the smell for these isn’t as strong and the price point is pretty good speaking comparatively. Good product!

My big carnivores (think jaguars, dovii, Midas, pike cichlids, peacock bass, and even my Oscars) go wild for these pellets. And it’s Northfin, so you know the ingredients are high quality.

A great deal cheaper than the comparable Hikari Massivore Delite but seems to be of excellent quality. The large pellets are a bit hard to split if you have fish that are a bit smaller, one minor disadvantage compared to Massivore. The pellets are on the rounder side as opposed to discoid. If your fish are large enough to gulp these they will feed ravenously. Sinks rather quickly, so best for bottom dwellers like rays, bichir, etc in addition to the usual midwater fish like peacock bass, datnoids. Smells delicious!

Makes my fish stand on their head. Nice size for adult oscars. Poop breaks down super fast. Not messy at all. Fish always eat every bite. My fish loath new life spectrum won't eat it unless their starving,plus 3 mm is to small! They also like this better than hikari biogold plus which I also think is great food!

Bought for my Clown Loaches and Corys. Product sank really quickly which was good for them. It seems to hold together even when wet so my Corys couldn't enjoy it as much as the Loaches who could easily bite off parts. Pellet size very similar to NLS's Algae wafers and about 2x the size of Hikari. I bought this product because it was very highly rated on a now defunct website for aquarium food ingredient quality. NLS rates just under this and Hikari is quite a bit down the list.

none of my aquariums will touch these crayfish , turtles, snails, catfish, all sorts of tetras nothing will eat these waste of money for me.

Bought for axolotls & they eat them just fine. Good fish pellets for a good price. Would recommend if you have carnivores :)

The snails are omnivore and that includes carnivore so tried them today. Very big hit and guppies are interested. Neocaridina shrimp are next :-)

My Bichir squad all love these. Were better value than massivore delight imo. Unfortunately the price has gone up by over £100 ( they were £19.99 in 2022 ) so I don’t think I’ll be purchasing any more. Shame about the greed 🤷🏻‍♂️.

First time buyer of this product, and I love this food, and so do my monster fish! My Oscars went nuts for it and my Red Devil cichlids did too. Even the smaller guys tried to eat the pellets! Product arrived quickly and surpassed expectations. No water clouding, no smell after feeding. I have tried many other foods from Northfin, and have always been very happy with the results.
