Great product good solid tricycle, but the instructions were not in English, so I did struggle to put it together but apart from that it's really good.

A good tricycle at a bargain price
It is a remarkable trike for the money. Very well made but certainly not light weight. It took me 3 working days to put it together. Made more difficult because the only assembly instructions are in German partially in French. I understand much of the French but none of the German. It would have been much easier if I had some instructions in English. The saddle supplied would be more appropriate to a tractor than to a trike. I fitted a leather replacement

Poor quality or just bad luck.
The trike arrived with a slight bend in the frame so I had to take it to the local bike shop to put together, an extra expense that I did not anticipate. After two short trips the pedals began to turn without traction. I had to push it for a mile( it's quite heavy ) to my trusty local bike shop, where it now resides! Apparently the interior of the driving wheel hub is completely worn away. After a two mile ride! It needs a new wheel! More expense, unless It's covered by warranty. What do I do now?

You need to lay all the parts out to understand where they need to go
I was unprepared for the intricacies involved with fitting the derailleur but with perseverance and a push from the supplier I successfully fitted it, it's getting cold and late to road test the bike, but will be on it tomorrow.All the parts were present and correctly fitted, nothing missing AND well packed.

Good product
Goods arrived two days after ordering which even beat tracker as stoll showed not arriving until later. Goid condition and sturdy with comfortable saddle. Shopping basket excellent size cam highly recommend product. Remember being a trike totally different way cycling so rakes bit getting used to
