Needs special toilet paper. Not standatd commercial size holder.
Only received ONE key. Also VERY important it takes special toilet paper 1 3/4" hole which I could not find available on amazon. No indication of this flaw in the advertisement. I have plenty of the regular commercial paper and now have to buy special paper for this unit. No adapter available to use on hand product. Tears outward, not toward person sitting on toilet. Tooooooo many negatives. I bought this for the long run but now question my judgement.

Does not take the Standard toilet paper rolls!
I bought 3 of these for one of the bathrooms in our warehouse. Wish I hadn't! This holder takes a non-standard toilet roll so I have to buy 2 different kinds now-one type for these and another standard type for the rest of the bathrooms. If you are going to replace everything in the building I guess these would be fine but not for us!
