These are SO easy to use, so sturdy, and can be used many, many times as long as you rinse them after each use. I mentioned the patent thing because the solution is so simple and for such little cost, why didn't somebody come up with these earlier? Just place a piece of floss in equal lengths through the circle. Hold on to both ends of the floss, insert the threader between the gum and the crown, braces, whatever, and once you get the threader partially through, you can just flick your tongue to push it back toward you. At that point, let the other end of the floss follow the threader until you're ready pull the threader and other end of the floss out. May need a couple times to practice (make sure you're pushing the threader PARALLEL to the surface of your gums, or it's going to hurt), but after that it's easy-peasy. Highly recommend!

Just what the dentist suggested for me and easy to use.

If you are like me and have a lot of dental work, these threaders allow you to floss all those hard-to-reach places. As someone who sews, I'm going to try to use one to thread a needle :) LOL I bet it would work! The dispenser is awful and I've dumped the whole pkg on the floor more than once. I got a nice acrylic lidded container to store them in which solved the problem :)

This product is a life saver. I looked at five stores and found nothing and looked on Amazon and boom there it was. I have a bridge and was advised to use this daily to floss that area. It works great and comes in a handy carrying case so you can take it with you easily. Recommended by my dentist and by me.
