4004 Bristles Pizza Oven Stone Brush, Includes Rust Proof Steel Scraper, Stiff Brass Wire, Brown

I’m not using this brush for a pizza oven. I actually bought it because it has REAL BRASS bristles not coated steal bristles. At least they feel and the color looks like pure brass. There may be an alloy within the bristles but they appear pure as A composite not a coating. I thought it might work for combing out suede. They don’t make a decent bent tip bristle suede brush anymore at least not one under $100’s . Not one like my grandma had for sure. It turns out it is a very well made industrial oven brush. Pretty heavy in one’s hand as it should be on a long handle. The bristles are excellent for suede as the firm yet soft and there is a good quantity of them in each section of bristles. They are longer bristles than I expected The scraper side will take any build up of grime grease or baked on food off any surface. My opinion as I’m not cleaning ovens but item is so durable. You could use it to scrape ice off a sidewalk, thick deposits of oily tar off a driveway or as intended in your pizza oven to remove baked on food.The wood handle is awesome!! Solid good looking wood shape and sanded out to perfection. I work with wood. There isn’t a rough edge or splintered piece protruding anywhere. Since I am using this brush with my hand that good craftsmanship is appreciated. The blade is also removable/ replaceable even better me as it is a rather thick and sharp cut blade perfect for its intended use.Savings and QualityI saw these on a competing websites for TWICE the price. Identical brand and size. What a great bonus!

Works good

This thing is great, it's sturdy and it works well and it holds up to some punishment. I wish it came with a rope or something to hang through the middle because this thing is now migrating around our backyard looking for a home. It's such a minor thing but I feel like bundling it with something to attach it to a table/etc would be great.The thing is a bit uncomfortable to hold/move/use too which would be alleviated by something to hold it by, but the reason is because both the bristles and the scraper are super durable and sharp, but not like they're going to cut you.Ultimately these are minor nitpicks and this thing will get the job done and is worth buying

When I purchased this, I read some of the answers to questions that said a standard broom handle works. As you can see, there's a theme of people asking why they couldn't get a standard broom handle to fit. I join in those voices. I was unable to find a broom handle that would fit as the hole that was present on mine was much too small. Clearly not US Standard.I was able to use a long wood dowel I already had to make a handle, but it too needed to be turned to narrow it down to fit. I don't know many who would have the wood available to fit the hole that came with mine.That said, it's a very nice pizza oven broom. The bristles are decently dense and the scraper is super sharp. It appears well made and looks like it will provide years of service.

Does a great job sweeping away the ash in my pizza oven. Much better than I expected.
