It came unwrapped and the code was unscratched, meaning that it is brand new. The book is very informative and contains various pictures and diagrams of a multiplicity of diseases. It also shows you how to examine a patient for various issues. This book is the best!

Great price on a brand new textbook that I absolutely needed. I couldn't be happier with this purchase. It arrived exactly when it was supposed to and everything.

Very informative and didactic. Videos are also very explicite. I had kindle version.The bad thing is that in the book, there are QR codes to access the videos instead of links that can be accesed by clicking on them. But there is the online version that is very good, and eliminate that problem.

Used this in NP school. I've had books that are more organized.Pro:What's nice is that you scan for info and will get a live tutorial of that particular exam.Con: In order to see extra chapters, you must look them on the website of the book.

This was the book recommended for an Advancement Physical Assessment class for APRNs in graduate school. This book was very helpful in explaining the different advanced techniques of assessment, included colored pictures, helpful key characteristics, and helpful information on how to write up the assessment.

This is a fantastic indispensable reference book for all medical and nursing students, practicing physicians and nurses. I recommend it wholeheartedly.

25年前、医学部学生時代に内科の教授から薦められて初版か第2版を購入し、時々使っていました。今回英語で診断学を説明することになり、最新版を購入しました。昔と違いカラー写真も増え、インターネットの閲覧サイトとリンクしており、ビデオや画像もオンラインで随時見ることができます。また、色々な項目に米国の社会情勢や法規制（改正）が反映されており、読むだけでもとても勉強になっています。医学生にも、研修医にも、そしてベテランの医師にも、お薦めの一冊と思います。日本語訳は1つか2つ前の版ですので、やはり英語で読む方が情報には早くアクセスできるなと25年前に感じたことを思い出しました。
