This is for me. I use a CPAP. When I was looking to replace my headgear I opted for the P10. Since then I have ordered and reordered parts for the P10. Named the hose, after a month or two it develops pin holes. It certainly doesn't reach the year requirement for the insurance i bought with it. The pin holes come after the 30 day return period. Try to reach the manufacturer, not happening. Called Amazon customer service, they couldn't reach the manufacturer. However, Amazon really came through for me and offerd a partial return credit anyway. I promptly ordered a new hose, it came yesterday after only 24 hours. I am happy. Thank you Amazon.

I purchased several of these in 2022-2023 and always had issues with leaks. I could not understand why the pillows from RESMED would not snap into position and leak around frame. AnswerI bought a Resmed p10 frame last week and attached existing pillows . Perfect fit, pillow was secure to the frameI do not know who is making these frames but they ARE NOT TO SPEC !!!! Stay away and save yourself from leaky frame and pillows. Just go to RESMED and buy a new frameThe pillows can be purchased for less with other vendors but THEY FIT. This has not been the case with this vendors frames

I agree that this design is much better than the original but there is a weak & easily broken spot - the plastic clamps that hold the hose to the nose piece. Perhaps these aren't an issue for people who don't travel at all, and we don't that much, but to put this in the carry case, the short hose needs to be taken off of the nose piece. Everytime I do that, I worry about reattaching. This morning, the clamp detached itself on one side. I'm not sure why. Different brand of pillow? It's done it 2x in the last week, since our recent trip to see family for the holidays. Today when I tried to reattach the clip, it broke. So... Today, I ordered my 3rd one of these in 2 years. Same issue everytime. I really like the design and see that making that part stronger would be tough, but it is a concern.

The air flow seems to be less than the original manufacturer flow but the real problem is that it doesn’t fit in the tubing from the machine as snuggly as it should and if you exhale strongly it will blow the connection apart. It can be frustrating at 2a m to try and track down the lines and put back together. I did try wrapping tape around the end to increase the outside diameter but hasn’t helped much. Other issue is condensate forming on the exhaust and dripping on my face or pillow. That is probably the biggest drawback. I would probably not buy again even with the price difference

If I forget to put a cover on my P10 tube, my cats will chew it. Buying a new one is $50-$100. Not only is this an affordable alternative, it is more comfortable and convenient with the detachable tube and swivel. I plan to buy more and will only use OEM when I rarely get one provided from my dme. If your paying out of pocket for the whole thing or just looking for a replacement - this for the original headgear and pillow (I use a medium) perfectly.

Ordered as a replacement for my cpap. Fits like it should, swivels easily so it doesn't bind up and interfere with sleep. The nose piece snaps securely into place. Great value and great product!
