I originally ordered the 2-pan set but only received one pan. I tried to resolve it through Amazon who said to contact the seller. It was a run around for a bit until I did hear from the seller who immediately apologized and sent out the second pan.I bought them for my aging kitties. It’s very helpful for them because they don’t have to lift their legs over 4 inches. They just walk in basically.I recommend this product without reservations.

We have a senior cat with arthritis. Sometimes getting in and out of tall litter boxes is hard for him. We got these and it's perfect for him. Easy for him to just walk into and walk out with no jumping.

We got a puppy who’d been trained to use a potty box and we got these for her when she came to our house. Great quality and she likes them.

Although my puppy didn’t like, she’s still well trained to go on the pads. These can still be used for some type of storage.

This was supposed to have two litter boxes, which is what I paid for, but I only received one.

My dogs will not use these. I have tried everything to get them to stay on pee pads.
