Useful!
The device has been very useful. However, it's broken after using it for a month. That's why I only gives it 4 stars instead of 5 stars.

Does not work easily
I have yet to get this device to work. I was hoping it would help to take out my contacts as I have recently let my nails grow out a bit and it is hard to remove my contacts. this device did not help at all.
