There’s a lot to like about this product, and from the description it suited my requirements perfectly - double walled to keep my tea warm, infuser basket so I don’t have to mess around with mesh balls, reputable brand (Grunwerg).Whilst there are some great design features - removable inner rim to make cleaning easier, genuine no-drip spout, fine infuser that can be removed without burning yourself. It was really let down by a generally shoddy build quality (poor welding) and the lack of any sort of insulation on the lid of the teapot - making it slightly less effective than a ceramic pot with a cosy.Overall - decent but doesn’t fulfil its purpose of keeping a single pot of tea warm enough to make two mugs (for me).

No. Poor quality. Weld marks all around the spout etc and it smelled strongly of metal. Returned.

Fast delivery, easy to clean all components. Keeps the brewed loose tea piping hot after a long time. Replaces my old glass tea pot which went cold quickly. Good quality would recommend

Very nice tea pot, item sent unfinished. The strainer handle was sent loose and without holes drilled for fitting.
