Q: This cream arrived unboxed - is that normal? Plus, it's impossible to open - is this a prototype? Advice please!

Mine came without a box. It's not a prototype AFAIK. I think the seal is purposely difficult to open as a safety measure. If you look in the Rodial website, this product isn't one of their items that comes boxed.
