It worked!
Surprised! It actually worked! I wanted a way to make single portions of sugar free (keto) whipping cream. This was perfect. I poured in about 1/2 c of HWC and a tsp of monkfruit sweetener, pumped for maybe 40 seconds. Done! And it’s super easy to clean!

Works okay but size is too small
Would be nice if it’s a little bit bigger

It actually really works
I bought this because I saw a similar product in the Pampered Chef website (for $27). I found this, and although I feel quite sure that the PC product might be made a bit better, this is plenty good enough for what it's used for. I needed some stiff whipped cream for fruit pizza, and in less than the time it takes to get my beaters out and set up, I had it made. Should've counted how many times I pumped it, but it was not much at all. I will update after I've used it several times to see if it holds up. Oh, and the box is quite amusing--the language translations are a riot. So that's an added bonus!

Yep, it works.
Meh. I used it with heavy whipping cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla and after 4-5 minutes of agitation (pumping up and down), I had whipped cream.I got faster results when I stuck a metal bowl and whisk in the freezer. Not different results… just faster. The whipped cream from this contraption tastes the same as the other stuff I make. This doesn't get terribly cold since it’s plastic, only holds about 1/2 to 3/4 cup of liquid. Any more than that and it will expand too far up to be able to effectively pump air into the container. The spot where the handle goes up and down is a bit leaky. It came out of the dishwasher just fine. I’m currently storing a bit of whipped cream in the freezer using the base as a (somewhat) airtight lid.It takes the same amount of effort as the hand whisking method. I kinda wish I didn’t buy it, but I’m not disappointed enough to return it. Not great, but not awful either.

Device works well to whip cream
Device works well to whip cream; the copy on the packaging is hysterical. The copy indicates it's a "Butter agitator" and the next line reads "Free admission is not a place" ??! followed by "Exquisite white appearance, Special design Bring different colors to life." Not sure what any of that means...The device is red with a clear container, not white. Copy also states "Efficient, quick and easy to make all kinds of delicious food. Usually, it can also be used as a stirrer to stir milk, fruit juice, wine, etc."So I do think it's quick and easy to use and did make whipped cream well. Not sure about making other kinds of "delicious food" but you could stir chocolate milk. Not sure what else it could be used for. Perhaps you could try making butter.
