Good stuff
My mum is going through the menopause at the moment so this feels like a good time to try these out.Overall she says that it seems to be working and shifting things hormonally, and my dad reports that she’s not as moody! Haha 😂Hope this review helps!

It is an imitation
Immediately I started taking it I started having right side pains. It was so excruciating. The second one I gave my sister cos I bought two and my sister had tummy cramps too. That was when I went to check the packaging after taking it for some days , then I noticed the packaging was poor and different from the picture advertised. The brown rope round the neck was not there then I stopped and returned it back. As soon as I stopped my tummy became calm and same as my sister had. I don’t even know what exactly was in that capsule and really don’t know what kind of damage it has done, it was a scary experience. Pls be careful.

Good for me
It is still a little early to review this as I have only been taking it for about 3 weeks. I have been in menopause now for about 2 years.Since taking this, I have noticed subtle changes. My hormonal system has been stirred up and things are shifting. They had been quiet and dormant for the past 2 years and settled down but now stirring again.My stomach seems to be bloated again Ie those pre period bloatings and hormones raging. It is too early to make definitive statements though I do know there are stirrings, in a good way. Agnes Castus is good for me.I have never tried this particular brand before. I like the packaging, the transparent brown. The pills are easy to take and they are vegan.I would buy this brand again when I run out.

Brilliant value for money - and a great help for hormone balance
Dealing with PMS and peri-menopause has led me to try out a number of pills to help alleviate various symptoms that were beginning to take over and drive me to distraction!This is a great size bottle and I love the fact there are enough pills in one bottle for 6 months supply! I've been taking them for a few weeks now and am impressed with the effect - it seems to have calmed down my mood swings and breast tenderness that were causing me problems before. I just feel more 'balanced' all round which is a relief after the ups and downs before!Will keep taking them and hope they continue to work their magic! The pills are an easy size to swallow and no after taste and I take 1 before bed with water.
