My husband wears these everyday, took us a minute to realize they were different sizes. He wore one so much it broke, sucks but we don’t believe it’s due to quality. He believes they work, may have even helped him with his bowling. I’m sure we will end up buying more.

I wore the red one first but it broke within like two weeks

I have poor balance and I have used thaws bracelets for several years to help improve my balance. I do wish the pack came with all three the same size

i have used these bracelets ever since they came out.. I love them. these came stretched out on a card and when removed, they maintained that rectangle shape. I tried everything to get them to be round and not look as if I had on a rectangular bracelet.. Not attractive AT ALL. I know that these are inexpensive, but they do serve a purpose ......Linda

Small and med for best fit.

You get what you get with power balance bands, I love them, find them comfortable. They probably are a placebo but who cares! You get 3, 2 medium and 1 large, which is great for the price. If I wanted medium, then why not 3 medium 😀

I find it helps with flexibility.
