Unfortunetly after a short time the string came off and even if the string is reattached (by opening up the item) it just comes off again. then it wouldn't work as it said in the instructions (it did intially work), I couldn't turn it on or off - holding the button down just made it constantly beep and flash and it wouldn't connect to the app on the phone.More disturbingly - I spoke to the Amazon chatbot about getting a refund and it said that that the return window had closed on September the 9th. Surely this is if the item is fine but you decide you don't want it anymore. The item should work for more than 2 months! I went through to a customer service associate (human) who said I could have a refund, then due to a 'technical issue' I got put through to second person who asked the same questions and then a third person! who said the return window had closed. When i pointed out that the item should last for a reasonable amount of time under the credit consumer act he said he would make a 'one time exception' and that I could return the item. So I had to take it up the road to a shop to do a 'packagless return'. The only problem is the shop doesn't provide any packaging and you have to provide your own! Come on Amazon - you can do better than this.

At first it worked but then I noticed that it was disconnected and I couldn't connect it back again. Perhaps I do something wrong but if I do then it might not be easy to setting it up.

Slightly big for kitten he is only 10m old, but I've managed to tie to it his existing collar, set up was easy enough, install ( ISearching ) app and connect item, it does show on the map the correct address but this is still to be determined as he hasn't gone far yet, However it is connected and allows me to press alert via my phone and beeps on this device, this function seems to work well so far, battery is also something that needs to be monitored. But all good so far.

I have an old dog who is nearly deaf and restricted vision is beginning to wander off whilst out on walks. If she is behind me I don’t notice. This brilliant piece of kit, easily connects to my iPhone with an app called Kindelf. I turn the item off when I am in the house and only turn it on when I am taking her for a walk. There is a choice of alarm sounds you can choose from to alert you when the dog has moved out of range. The range is not very far, but that is perfect for me and exactly suits my requirements. My dog cannot go very far away from me without me knowing.

Rubbish piece of tat, broke within the first day.

I bought these after I lost my purse, as my toddler has a habit of taking it out my bag and hiding it and I thought I would get one for my keys whilst I was at it. I knew I would only need them around the house, so didn’t want to splash out and only needed a short range.I set them up fine and they seemed to work great. About one week later, my purse went walkabouts, I opened the app and both devices were disconnected. It wasn’t to do with distance, as my keys were in my hand.I managed to reset them by holding down the button, but again, next time I came to use them, they were disconnected and this time, I could not get them to reconnect for love nor money.Today, I have returned them for a refund.

For ever mislaying my glucose monitor it’s black and often finds itself slipping behind sofa cushions. This device has been a boon, easy to set up with Kindelf app. Not sure about range as I use it on a room basis it is suiting its purpose admirably. Very impressed considering low price is an absolute bargain. The same day I received this I ordered another for my keys. Brilliant!
