Replacement TPE Silicone Outer Skin Compatible with Otterbox Defender Series Case for iPhone 7/iPhone 8 Black

Well after about 6 years the original skin was getting a little torn and super soft. After cutting a hole in it to fit a quadlok mount it really fell apart. So search began for a replacement and found this one.First thing I had to do was cut it out to fit around the quadlok mount. Well the original cut like it was made out of paper. This new one was hard to cut which is a good thing. It is very sturdy and fit onto the original case perfectly with no issues at all.I would whole heartedly recommend this skin for anyone having issues with their original one.

I ordered this cover for my iPhone 8. My old one was worn out. The cover for the charging port was gone and I was about to loose the cover for the “silence switch”. This new one fit perfectly. All the covers were secure, the volume and off switch lined up. My only reason for not giving it 5 start is the off button is very sensitive and shuts off the screen when I barely touch it. Not a big problem but I need to remember not to touch it at all when handling it or the screen will go black too easy. Something I have to be aware of the sensitivity of this button.

Headline says it all; I have an iPhone SE (2020) that I use from time to time with an Otterbox I bought way back as well.The original outer blue rubber component on my Otterbox was severely worn out and generally becoming unslightly. So, rather than buy a new one or an entirely new type of case altogether, I wondered if simply buying a new rubber part was actually a real option; and, after a short search on Amazon, I found out it was possible, and here we are!Fast forward, and now my case is as good as new for an extremely small fraction of a whole replacement. Compared to my old one, only changes to note are:-Again, changed from blue to black -- mostly only because that's the only color this seller offers. Doesn't really matter if appearance is low on priorities.-There's a hole in the middle, presumably to show off the Apple logo for some Otterbox models, which mine didn't have. So, mine shows off my case's beige plastic underneath. Not gonna lie, it *sorta* bothered me, so I just placed a car magnet there as you see in the picture.

A+ all around,, my original silicone outer shell was disintegrating, so i searched for a replacement, found and ordered this, and it fits my iPhone SE (3rd edition) Otterbox inner hard plastic shell perfectly,, the circular opening on the back is 30mm (1.18in) in diameter,, fits my decision making coin perfectly

I’ve used Otterbox cases as long as I’ve used iPhones. They wear out, beginning with the tabs. The cases are indestructible, but the skins expire. This replacement seems to be so much more durable. I will never need to replace the whole kit again!
