Smiley Honey - 100% Tupelo Honey Raw and Unfiltered (16 oz)

I am impressed with this honey. Although it's listed as "raw and unfiltered" this honey is nice and clear and very light in color, and it has that characteristic tupelo flavor that is unique.

I don't use honey that often and that's why I love this stuff. I have a bottle over 3 years old that has ZERO crystals and looks the same as the brand-new bottle that I just bought for a friend. Mellow flavor. Great quality.

I've purchased Tupelo Honey directly from producers in the panhandle region of Florida, but it's been a few years. This doesn't taste quite as floral or unique as I remember that honey tasting. It's still good though, and better than clover honey. My favorite way to sweeten sencha.
