CRS Cross Skate Guards, Soakers & Towel Gift Set - Ice Skating Guards and Soft Skate Blade Covers for Figure Skating or Hockey (Biellmann Black, Large)

They work well keeping my blades protected. But there is an inch gap. Instruction manual says an inch gap or smaller is fine. But still bugs me slightly.

It'll be tricky to assemble the parts together but once you do get them together they're easy to use. Also quite durable. Color is as described and so is the fit.

PROS- cheap, arrives quickly + has soakers, Guards & a chamois like micro fibre cloth. CONS- cloth is small, Guards are junk, soaker are decent but doesn’t absorb as much as I’d like DETAILS- 1). Skate Guards: are Garbage 🗑️ , Utter trash 🚮 they’re made in 2 halves and either must be sawed/ cut down if your skates are sized 7 in women’s or less. What makes them even crummier is that there’s not enough spring pressure to pull the halves together so they spin off the blade while walking on the guard. The plastic twists dangerously so that the blade edges run the risk of getting pitted by the weight stepping on the twisted plastic and or screw / spring. 🗑️ I wasforced to throw them away and pollute the earth 🌍 with more plastic. 2). Soakers: The soakers safe weak and barely absorb water. But they do a bit of work. 3). Wiping cloth- it’s a tiny little piece of microfibre that doesn’t seem very absorbent but will wipe off snow ❄️ I mistakenly thought it would be the size of every shop cloth, face cloth or microfibre rag but it’s hemmed at about 1/3 of the size of what is typical. These get about2.5 stars, bc now they’re cut and I can’t return them. ⭐️ ⭐️1/2

Todo nos gustó pero la toalla para limpiar la navaja de los patines es muy delgada ,en lo personal muy corriente. Pero los protectores muy buenos.

They work great and it’s coming in the pack is perfect for a beginner.
