I just bought this a week ago and I have been using it twice a day, in the morning as I 'm getting ready for work, and in the evening before I go to bed. I do about 5 sets of repetitions (10 times). I like to raise my chin toward the ceiling as I'm doing it to reduce my double chin. I place the exerciser between my teeth and blow in and out. It's very similar to blowing a balloon. DON'T put the exerciser in your mouth or you won't be able to suck it out or in! I tried that and it wouldn't work. But I found that it's very easy to use when I place it between my teeth. Results: my mouth has become stronger. I will report back in a few weeks when I see changes in my cheekbones and double chin. June 21: my double chin has pretty much gotten smaller, and my cheeks look more toned… can’t wait to keep doing this and see how my face improves in the future months! July 6: I can see in photos how my cheeks look more defined. I plan to keep doing this twice everyday until the device breaks.

Since there was no instructions, this is made from hard rubber that you would give a dog, not pliable at all. I was using it, then went & brushed my teeth & one of my front teeth that has a crown on it & it fell out. I am not requesting a refund, I most certainly don’t want to waste another minute. A little ackward to use if you have a small jaw but it does exercise your facial muscles well.

This device is like doing bicep curls at the gym or crunches - you will not see results after only a few uses, or if you use it infrequently. It takes repeated use over time. It did take me a few minutes to figure out how to get it to work, but once you figure it out it's simple to use. I would describe it like making a fish lips face where your pucker your lips inward & sucking in your cheeks then push them back out with force like you're blowing up a balloon. I could only use it for ~30 seconds the first time before I felt the burn. I am able to breathe out of my nose while using it.

It’s silicone material and it’s a nice pink color. It can be a little tiring to use but it felt like a good workout for my face and cheeks. It works better and more easily if put between the teeth rather than just in the mouth.

Very good product. Its good replacement if you don't want to wear a whole face tightening mask. About 2-3 minutes twice a day does the trick. I started to see results in 2 weeks, the double chin definitely starting to fade away, a nice v-line is starting to come in and i even notice i chew my food better as well without my jaw popping now. Also for people who stated that they couldn't blow or pull in this product, i noticed it was hard to at first but keep at it, it is possible that your jaw muscles are very weak and that what makes this product good to strengthen those muscles, i'm glad i wasn't so quick to send it back due to the negative reviews...

DO NOT PURCHASE, this thing is unusable, the plastic is hard and you cannot blow or suck air to perform the exercises advertised . Waste of money .

Si quieres trabajar los musculos de tu cara, compralo y usalo de poco a poco. Buen producto, cumple su función.

It does what it says it does it defines your face and put your head back and it does your neck as well, keep using it all through the day
