This is the third of these water pick type devices I’ve bought over the years. The previous two were Cremax brand and I really liked them. The large water reservoir allows me to finish a full mouth wash without refilling. I also like that they last about 2 weeks of daily use with one battery charge. Very impressive. They continued to work well but eventually after about 2 years of daily use they each failed, and I bought another. For the money this to me is acceptable. This time I went back on Amazon to buy this third one only to find it’s no longer available. So I found another one on the list that had a similar size reservoir but a different brand and ordered it. To my surprise when I opened the box it is a Cremax brand!!!! And identical to my previous two units. The price was even lower than the previous ones. Very pleased.

Works really well. It would be nice if it had a "medium" setting, but that isn't a big deal. Once the battery is charged it lasts for over a week! My only input would be to make sure you put the prong cover on it after charging or a lot of water gets in it. Wish that part was on the back.

Works great came recommended by my son’s dentist for his braces. I really like the ease of use for this. However, I do wish the power button was a slide button instead of a push button. It's too easy to hit when you twist open the device to fill with water. If you're not careful, you accidently turn it on and shoot water everywhere. Other than that, I like the size, different pulse modes and overall ease of it. Hard to beat the price too.

button are positioned right where you are holding it so you frequently bump the wrong button.it uses a custom plug instead of a standard plug so that it is not interchangeable with other devices.it stopped working after 60 days. I contacted the seller and asked about the warranty. They responded that amazon only have a 30 day return policy and I can just dispose of the item as I see fit.very poor value for the money.

The mold growth on this hydro flosser is unhealthy and there is no way to access it because the gasket is glued in so you can’t clean it…dangerous and disappointing!
