ok, the outer plastic does look cheap but, at £12.49 what do you expect?, the heater is a bit noisy but thats down to vibration i think, i placed a tea towel under the heater and the noise level is much lower now, maybe a foam type of mat may help in the noise level.the heater is very very good at what it does, i've just bought another just in case, at the moment its heating my living room and kitchen and its nice and warm at 22c, its hovering around freezing outside so i'm happy with that, its on half setting/half fan speed.yes i would reccomend this item, although it does look a bit cheap in appearence it does the job very well.how long will it last? well, its chinese and £12.49 so i don't expect i would see five years worth of use out of it but, at that price my home is very warm well, downstairs at least even if it lasts six months its good value for the money.

I have started using it straight away, it is brilliant, I am very happy with it and I will probably purchase another one, it is a compact size, heat output is brilliant, it gives the room a comfortable feel, it is very easy to use and for what it is, it’s very powerful.

This is a good heater. It came in its box with the shipping label stuck to the outside, which I guess was good for saving on packaging!It works, it's a great way to heat a space quickly. It's good value for money I think, and does exactly what you'd expect it to do. Feels fairly durable, wiring and plug seem ok. Size wise, it's about what you'd expect and true to the listing. It's not that quiet, but it's not too noisy and I don't really notice it when it's on.Only issue, it's not got one of those auto plastic switch off things that makes the heat stop when it falls over or lifts off the ground. This, in my opinion makes it a bit dangerous to leave unattended so I wouldn't do that. And also the unit gets quite warm so I wouldn't leave it on for extended periods.Overall glad I bought it, good price. Will update if that changes.

Only been 3 months and it’s already burnt? How does that work usually it’s good, nice and warm and now it’s a fire hazard because it’s melted

Very easy to work, didn't stink of burning, no marks or bumps, and well heat output despite being so small and cheap. Also has a wee cold fan version for if you're too hot! Changes in an instant, quite strong.
