I haven't begun cooking on it yet, but so far, I'm very happy with this purchase. It was extremely easy to put together, and the instructions were clear. It's lightweight, but also feels durable. I turned it on and it began to get very hot, and it felt as if the heat was evenly distributed (I'll find out if it's true once I put food on it). It also doesn't take up a lot of space, which is a plus!

My own fault. I left this appliance outside in a rainstorm. Faulted the electric components. I asked if there was a way for me to purchase new parts without tossing everything. I did not want to trash perfectly good housing and send it to a landfill. I got a response asking me to send photos for a refund. I did not want a refund. I wanted to pay for some new parts. No other response came. I was ignored and I'm sitting with an ugly plant stand....

Love the size, lots of room for a meal for two to four, heats quickly , we are not allowed gas bbqs at our apartment building so this is perfect!

This is a Christmas present so can’t give a review at this time.
