This pad is thick and comfortable its perfect for my plank workout great cushion for the back of my forearms and elbows. Also, great cushion for my knees when I do my girlie pushups on my knees.

Got it today and used it for my circuit training! My knees can give me issues even at 29 with any floor work or kneeling! This made it buttery smooth on my knees, not that I should be talking about butter. That’s probably what got me needing to workout in the first place... I read the reviews and went with my gut! I don’t know how long it will hold up but even if it lasts a couple months, for the price I won’t mind replacing it knowing how much it’s helping my knees. I’ll use it too for bathing my baby so that’s an added win for me!

Too small, but Awesome padding, very thick

I like the size of this pad; its a little less wide than some, but I need one this size and I also used it to substitute on other products that had pads that I did not like.This is a good quality and it has just the right level of softness; its not too hard.

I needed and thick pad for knee issues. I do Maintenance work at a Retirement Community. And have a number of task that require me to use a knee pad. This works great and it has the coding on it so it doesn’t soak up water if I’m working on plumbing with water on the floor. I would recommend this to anyone that has arthritis and knee problems.

No chemical odor out of the box. Conveniently sized. Soft enough for comfort, dense enough to absorb some shock.I use this product to protect my bones from the hard wood floor during V-ups, planks, etc. It's everything I was hoping for. I'm absolutely thrilled.

I purchased this knee bad to assist in my recovery from knee surgery (quadricep rupture). I am very happy with the purchase. The pad is thick and resilient. It returns to its original shape after use. I recommend it to anyone who is needs to protect knees or other joints from hard surfaces. It is especially comfortable when on your knees in prayer, which we all need to do more regularly.
