Himalayan origin kapaas Rose fragnace is just awesome. Everything about it is outstanding. I just loved the product.But I am truly disappointed with the packaging. I am posting the picture along with this. O lord! Half of the product just leaked inside the packaging. The oil from the product made the outside packaging wet. The whole packing smelt rose. And now I am left with only half. I have bought tones of things from amazon never have been ever disappointed with anything. But HIMALAYAN ORIGINS did what it was not expected of it. You have created such an amazing formula but how could you miss out on the proper packeging of the foil. Dont what I should ask for replace it or compensate. I have already used it one time. Now there is no returning. But the packing is worst.

The product has a waxy feeling.It's not smooth .Even after cleaning with a wet tissue it will feel as if you applied wax on your face.I am totally dissatisfied and not recommending

This rose face cleansing balm smelled lovely when opened. At first I felt soap free cleansing balm would be odd. However I simply rubbed it and washed my face as per instructions. I have never used a cleansing balm before this was my first time so I am pleasantly surprised that this leaves the skin super soft and hydrated. It also leaves the skin super clean. I have slightly sensitive skin but so far it has been good. I would recommend this product. Your skin doesn't feel stretchy as you would when you use a regular face wash. So it's a good buy!

The rose face cleansing balm smells lovely when opened. At first, I felt it was different in texture from all the regular face cleansers but, after rubbing it on my skin and following the given instructions the skin is now hydrated and absolutely dirt & grime-free! The skin feels clean and soft. It's a must buy! Also it's super travel friendly no spillage when traveling. Packaging is great for glass bottle that the balm comes in.

I have tried one more product from this brand and thought I will try this cleansing balm from them. The balm smelled very nice and pleasant. I applied it as per instruction and to my surprise the skin feels very soft and clean. The skin feels hydrated and soft. I would highly recommend this to everyone. Great product

Finally a face cleanser that suits me. The unique thing is that normally after applying a face cleanser I need to apply cream but I did not feel the need after using this product which is great! Apart from the product’s fantastic quality the fact that it is environment friendly makes it a must buy.

It is so soft smell is awsome, it clears all make up and make skin so soft and plump and moisture with out drying it is good for all skin type. My skin is oily it works so good on my skin. I loved it
