Received this today January 18th 2017, easy bluetooth connection to smartphone (android) that's +1 star,QR code did take me to a software download page which you have 1 of 4 options (as the directions say, Choose the one that fits your needs(I downloaded BT Notification) +1 star,This phone came with a defective SD card, had to repair/reformat SD card in the FAT32 format on a windows desktop computer, must of been a used SD card -1 star,It keeps asking to Insert SIM Card and this is displayed in large white letters on the landing page -1 star,with no SIM card as it says in the description that facebook and other social apps won't work, but since it does say that no +/- starsAlso using a stylus touch screen pencil works better than my fingers, but don't let that be a negative thats just me.Also paper instructions are a really small print, needed a bright light to read them, the instructions are easy to follow.Once it has a bluetooth connection it will ask to sync the time/messages/calls to the phone's time +1 star,I'm impressed with the sound quality +1 starI wasn't at first impressed with the snap watch band, but I'm getting used to it +1 starYou can connect this phone to your Windows desktop computer and choose File/data Transfer, a little slow but it works, also if you remove the battery you have to reset the time, if you want to remove the SD card and insert it into your computer and move your music or other files to this I would do this before you set the time.1 issue, and this has nothing to do with this watch but my car is bluetooth connected and when I get in my car I have to switch from the watch to the car, not really a big issue but I didn't know, or even think about multi-devices paired at the same timeI haven't had this watch long enough to test the battery life, but until the auto answer is disabled, bluetooth will be disabled too so I'm expecting really long battery life, I will update this reviewUPDATE: 1/20/17 - charge on battery lasted 11 hours, with minimal use, not good!I had to disable phone calls (on bluetooth configuration on phone) because you can't stop the watch from announcing the call and if you answer the call on your phone the watch will be a speakerphone, and frankly instant speaker phone on all calls is annoying, there is no way to prevent that or even silence that. so a "Not Now" option would be nice.My thoughts are they should make another firmware version of this watch for people that won't use the SIM, and remove the apps associated with the SIM,With the SIM associated apps removed, install more styles of watch faces, voice recorder is fine, does this watch really need a very lo-res camera? Sound isn't bad, but like the phone calls all sounds are pushed to the watch and you need to disable that in the bluetooth configurations on your mobile device, there should be a "not now" choice on the watchI know this is a $30+ dollar watch, but what I am asking isn't for more apps, just fix the connectivity configurations and if we want to get a watch without purchasing a SIM from a provider, get rid of that or make that an option when you configure the watch... Are You Going To Install a SIM.....No, the the watch masks out those appsFinal Thoughts.... sorta worth the price of $33.99 I paid, the app (BT Notification) has 1 million downloads and it's easy to configure.Also fix that problem where if you answer the call on your phone it will close off on the watch, this will be the reason why I will return this watch or toss it in the trash
