Long term plan
I first bought a bottle of 100 tablets just out of curiosity. I took two or three tablets a day and it SEEMS to be improving. It did not show immediate effects within a few days or so. This time, I bought a larger bottle of 365 tablets. I will try to update after finishing this bog bottle.

it's not a dislike or like thing. i just know it had minimal effect on the daughter's varicose veins but then she did not finish out the whole bottle. i think she was more disappointed in that she thought they would disappear, not in the product itself. it wasn't nasty tasting. no after effects. sorry!
