The media could not be loaded. Very good product with company size of the earbuds and the case. Sound quality is great for both calls and music, easy to use and handle. Connectivity is great and easy to pair with my phone (iPhone) and with my windows PC Bluetooth. Battery durability is great and last almost full working day.

From the get go, TOZO are known to be cheap yet highly valued products in the wireless audio industry. Their simple design, dynamic sound and a price that isn't going to break the bank... All seems too good to be true doesn't it? Well it's not.The T9's look the part before you even try them out. The professionalism of the box, the way the instruction manual is possitioned on top. It's kind of reminiscent of a lot of Apple's products.There's a plethora of eartip gels for optimal fit. There's around 10 pairs to choose from. One pair of which is on the earbuds themselves.The comfort is great when you have the correct size installed. However, this is where things take a disappointing turn. The security of fit is a big issue for me. The T9's don't stay in place in my ears, with them positioning out of my canals with the slightest jaw clench. Disappointed.The sound is decent. Bass being present and punchy whilst not killing the vocal clarity or the crispy treble of the high hats. The mids are there but not really pushed forward too much. The highs can get a bit sibilant in certain situations, but not ear piercingly sibilant.These support wireless charging, though be warned as these can get quite warm whilst on a QI charging pad.There's no ANC, only passive noise cancelling with the aid of the ear gels.The button controls are also very responsive and work great.These are bang for buck earbuds that offer decent sound quality, build quality and volume. With some meh moments in fit and security.Tozo have huge potential!

These sleek and stylish earbuds sound impressive for their size and price. They have deep punchy bass and clear mids and highs.They come in a compact little case with wireless charging compatibility (including quick charging), and a variety of eartip sizes to make sure you get a great seal and passive noise isolation. May sure you choose the perfect sized tips to get the most out of the tight bass.Their active noise cancelling function is very impressive, and it is surprising to even see this function included at all at this price point. They also have very quick and easy pairing.The adverts say the earbuds have IPX7 rated water resistance which I have not tried (and don’t plan to!) but this gives just another added level of confidence when using these buds in the rain or on a sweaty run.Overall a very competent and complete pair of earbuds that offer the same functions and features of earbuds from better known brands, but at a price that is much much…much more affordable.

Brand new headphones, packaging was fine. Put the headphones on charge to use it the next day only to realise it wasnt workingn.Faulty item, right headphone don't charge therefore is not working.Struggling to get through to customer service for replacement,had to end up getting a refund

As an NHS professional, I needed something small and smart to carry around to attend meetings. Something, low cost and would fit the definition of “ throw around”.Here are the pros.Longer boom/stem with a mic 🎤 on the tip (a must for me).Ergonomic design.Comfortable for longer wear-time.Small and sleek design.Professional looking (in my opinion the round and circular ones do not look professional, they appear like a large pair of earrings)Good battery life.Unfortunately, my pair had a small issue. Rather than returning the item back via the 28 days amazon return policy, I contacted the seller i.e. tozo.com. They went above and beyond to help me resolve it. Their responsiveness and dedication was truly exceptional.They offered me a replacement straight away. The level of customer service is more than the worth of these earbuds, pretty much like apple 🍎 and John Lewis. Highly recommend this company for their outstanding customer service!

Firstly the packaging is great. Minimal, and a vast range of tips included rather than just 3 pairs. Fantastic.The case is tiny, but still somehow manages to pack an impressive battery capacity. Also a very nice touch is usb-c charging port that is on the side instead of the middle. Much better design imho. Nice and shiny too :)The buds themselves seem very well built for the budget, and the main point being a great seal in ear. No noise leaks in for me.Great for calls and music. No issues what so ever. Large drivers that pack a nice punch!Perfect touch controls as on all Tozo buds.Excellent for all round use if you are after some stem style buds. Awesome!

I really wanted to like these. The price is right, and it feels premium. However, all the things that you need weren't here from what I could see. First one earbud kept falling out, no matter what fitting used (but that could be just my ears). Second, the sound quality for music I though was terrible. It was very tinny, entirely lacking bass (even when I held them deep into the ear). Third, I found for calls, the mics were good, but the listening was again terrible. In this case, for some reason the sound kept transferring from one ear to the other and it was very annoying.

I have bought this as a replacement for my old Tozo model.I got an issue after few weeks of use but the customer service was excellent and sent the replacement quickly.
