I've been using my mug every day for a few weeks now. I love it. I tend to drink herbal teas. It's nice to drink from, and flavours and smells haven't carried over after washing. The seal is tight with no leak issues. The drinks stays boiling hot all day. I think it looks nice with good colours too. It's the only travel mug I've not been disappointed with. I suppose a drawback is that you have to find somewhere to put the lid when you're drinking for it which might be difficult on a commute, but it's fine for me at a desk.

As others have said, this is a very good product, but it comes at a price. I’ve tried lots of travel mugs and flasks, and they either don’t keep my drink hot for long enough, or they taint the flavour of the drink inside. This one works at both levels, keeping drinks piping hot for hours and not spoiling the flavour, thanks to the ceramic coating. It is also well designed and nice to drink out of due to the shape of the ‘lip’. Many people seem satisfied with steel flasks costing half as much as this, but if, like me, you just want your coffee to taste like it should, then you should ‘steel’ yourself and pay the extra!

Using this insulated mug has been incredibly useful for my daily routine. It's ergonomic to hold and use, keeping my beverages warm much longer than my glass KeepCup. It fits perfectly in my backpack without much worry about damage. Taking my own coffee from home has saved me money, avoiding the ever-increasing prices of coffee shops. While it requires a two-handed operation—one hand for the mug and the other for the cover—the splash guard is a great touch and works well. Though it's pricier than other options, following the care instructions ensures longevity. I clean it right after each use so it’s easy to maintain. It’s important to pay attention when screwing on the cap to ensure it’s properly sealed and to prevent a leak. I've bought another for my wife and a third as a gift, which shows how much I appreciate this product. Purchase experience. My first purchase was the 12 oz but was sent the much taller 16 oz which I had to return.

I needed a smaller travel mug to compliment my fellows 16oz set & bought this as they are well manufactured, seal flawlessly unless you don't tighten the lid. Different lids can be used - i use the 360 for drinks at home & according to where/how i am travelling either the carry lid or domed to get my drink to where i need to be. One criticism is that my coffee wasn't as hot as expected after walking for 4hrs ( but still warm enough to enjoy the refreshment). Cold drinks stayed ice cold.

I’ve been using this coffee mug daily now and have to say from the minute it arrived I’ve been in love with it. Part of the enjoyment with drinking coffee is being able to take in the wonderful aromas and the wide opening on the Fellow Carter mug finally allow for this where other mugs fail. The design is sleek and premium looking. Everybody who’s seen it comments on its appearance. I went with black initially, and I may be ordering another in green because I like it so much. There are plenty of cool colours to choose from anyway! The coffee stays hot for several hours which is perfect for my needs. I make a brew at 06:30 and usually drink the coffee around 10:00 when I’m at work. Preheating the mug with boiling water beforehand would obviously extend the abilities to keep the drink hotter for longer. I have not tried out the “anti-spill” guard yet, but will update my review once this has been tested. There are no metallic tastes to the coffee or bad smells in the mug itself thanks to the ceramic coating. Something which is a deal-breaking problem with competing mugs! The mug itself is easy to clean, with little hiding places for dirt and the ceramic coating doing a wonderful job of repelling liquid. There has been slight staining on the inside from coffee being stored in it for long periods of time but this is to be expected. I said it’s not flawless, and that is for one reason; the metal lip. When drinking coffee from a classic, say glass, mug at home, the lip will warm up and this sensation is what we are all used to when drinking coffee. In contrast, the metal lip on this mug stays cold, which is an odd sensation at first until you get used to it. This is not a problem exclusive to the Fellow Carter mug. in fact, almost every travel mug suffers from this problem. I’m mentioning it because if this one downfall can be overcome then we would have on our hands the single best coffee mug ever built!

I’m very happy with my Fellow travel mug. I’ve loved the design since I first saw it—it’s sleek, stylish, and definitely a conversation starter. I haven’t really tested its thermos capabilities in depth, but it seems to keep drinks hot better than average. The only downside is that they don’t appear to offer a matching water bottle, which would’ve made a perfect set.

I really wanted to love this mug, but functionally, it didn’t deliver. Despite the claims, my coffee wasn’t hot even after just 4 hours, definitely not the kind of heat retention I expect, especially at this price point. I like my coffee to stay piping hot for hours, and with this, it was just OK at best. The colour of red is lovely though. The design is sleek, and yes, it hasn’t spilled but the curved shape makes it feel unstable in my hand. It always gives the impression that it might slip or tip, which doesn’t inspire much confidence when you're on the move. Unfortunately, I missed the return window, so I’m stuck with it. I rarely reach for it because I don’t find it reliable or satisfying to use. For something marketed as a premium travel mug, it didn’t live up to the hype. At least not for me.

The bad: It does not retain "hot" (definition: it burns my throat if I drink too fast) temperature for 12 hrs. At the most, probably 4-5 hours for a still enjoyable cup of coffee/beverage. After 8 hours it becomes a bit cooler than lukewarm. The REAL bad: the silicone ring soaks up odour like a dry sponge and it doesn't leave no matter what you do with it. I used dish-washing detergent to clean the mug before use and it now smells like detergent (even when I poured coffee into it right after). The body of the mug smells fine, so the ceramic coating does work to repel odours, just not the lid. It's good but not great. Was expecting much more considering the asking price. Update: Liquid gathers inside the crevices of the lid and you'll almost always have to tap on the rim of the bottle to prevent drips. Sometimes tapping will not prevent all drips, especially bothersome if you have drinks other than water.

Llegó perfecto, un día antes de lo previsto por Amazon. Ya no traen la fundita negra de los anteriores pequeñitos, venía protegido por una bolsita transparente de plástico, pero no me importa. Es difícil rayarlo, hay que hacer un poco de presión. Ojo, que sí se abollan si se caen al suelo desde cierta altura (tuve un accidente con el primero que compré), pero sólo afecta a la carcasa exterior. El revestimiento cerámico interior del compartimento de acero, ni se inmuta. El termo es precioso, es absolutamente estanco y utilísimo. Éste es especial para infusiones si deseas separar el saquito con hierbecillas, especias, té, jengibre, o lo que quieras añadir, del líquido que viertas caliente o frío. Por poner alguna pega a los Fellow Carter, la cerámica interior retiene los olores y sabores de los líquidos/infusiones con gusto muy marcado. Yo acabé comprando uno sólo para el agua, otro para el café con leche y éste último para las infusiones. Porque por más que los fregaba no salía del todo el aroma del líquido anterior. Pero todo lo demás es absolutamente perfecto: el redondeamiento de la boca, que hace fácil y agradable beber por él; el tacto, el aspecto, el colorido y las 12 horas de isotermia, bien sea de frío o calor. Son adorables al tacto y muy ergonómicos. Estéticamente perfectos. Muy minimalistas, pero muy chic! El rojo de éste último es más bonito y luminoso en las fotos publicitarias (pero he descubierto que las cámaras no reflejan su rojo real con fidelidad, lo aclaran bastante incluso con poca luz ambiente). Contad con que es 3 ó 4 tonos más oscuro que en las fotos, pero es precioso igualmente. Fijaos si me gustan estos termos que éste ¡¡¡ya es el quinto de la familia!!! Absolutamente recomendables.

J'adore ce thermos à thé. La fermeture est vraiment hermétique, je peux le mettre dans mon sac sans problème pour aller au travail. Il garde très bien au chaud les boissons pendant de très longues heures, et le petit couvercle à l'intérieur qui prévient les éclaboussures lorsqu'on boit est hyper efficace. J'en suis enchantée.
