Elegant
I know it was expensive when you can buy one for much much MUCH less BUT it is lovely & just seems elegant. The brand scents are superior too. Lovely gift item. Works wonderfully for a bedroom. Need larger size for a large room or great room.

Terrible packaging and incomplete product
Inside the Neom box - which was quite grubby - the diffuser itself was not wrapped in any way and the compartment that should have contained the plug/connection to the mains was empty so there was no means of operating the unit . Very disappointing and immediately returned.

Classy
I know for a fact this is one of the better diffusers. I was with my Daughter when she opened and set her Neom diffuser up. I was impressed with the appearance and quality. The oils are high grade. The diffuser runs longer than most. I had to return the one I ordered for a friend due to the condition of the box. Shoud've kept it for myself..

Broke after a year - Do not buy
The Mist function broke after a year.Contacted Neom who told me to contact Amazon. Amazon directed me to Neom.Very poor after service.
