Tried to use for intended use but did not provide traction to whole neck. Front of neck only. Instructions very poor but I did manage eventually.Not a good service and due to very limited options for return facilities either .

Brought this as a gift and it was very well received.Instructions were included although it was easy to assemble and use. Delivery was quick and easy

I was really looking forward to this product but very disappointed. No matter how you use this, its only pulls the front face and chin upward and pushes the head backward. It supposed to function in a way that it pulled the entire head upward. The video in the product description is not clear, no way you can use this standing unless you find a suitable place to hang it very high, otherwise, you have to sit on a bench or chair. Anyhow, no matter how you use it, it simply keeps pulling the chin upward and making the entire head bend backward in a very uncomfortable way.

As the title

Very basic instructions. Tends to pull the chin up rather than take the pressure from the neck. Wasn't impressed tbh.

Looks well made,works good ,and really gives my neck a good stretch.
