Was nervous about buying because of my sensitive skin but I Instantly noticed the darkness under my eyes go away! Helped with puffiness in my face as well. I will say, I recommend pairing it with a favorite face lotion after use because it can “burn” your skin if you have really sensitive skin. But I used lotion after using it and haven’t had any problems.

I like this product for giving myself an ice facial I’m the morning. You do have to run it under water to make the lid come off easier and the does sometimes break when you fill it back up, if there is still ice left. But overall good product for what I paid for it.

This product is an OK product, I think it’s a neat thing to use however when you place it in the freezer and you wanna pop the top off it’s really hard to take it off and if you’re not careful taking it off it will break the tip. I was excited for it but it’s like I don’t wanna use it all the time and go through the hassle of trying to take the top and then having the break the ice. This product I wouldn’t recommend because of that and it doesn’t come with instructions and it doesn’t tell you how much you should fill and how much you shouldn’t

This device has done wonders! I’ve always rubbed ice on my face before bed due to the benefits but this has just made it so much easier my hands no longer get cold and I don’t have a melty mess everywhere. It does no leak. And it’s so easy to use for a wonderful price

Pressed this on my face and neck while waiting for painkillers to kick in a migraine. Make sure to have a bowl with you to place it in once you are done, that water has to go somewhere. I also for hygiene reasons I completely replace the ice every time, but I also tend to use it for over 25 minutes.
