I just want to say I had ordered a different brand before and it was so difficult trying to put it together until I realized that they had sent me the wrong screws for the product. However, this particular product was easy installation and set up for someone who has autism and ADHD, so I am so appreciative that this product was so easy and I was able to put it together in less than 20 minutes. Definitely recommend and love the fact that it is now organize my home in a way that makes me feel so pleased to look at my water jugs. Thank you.

It's a good design/ quality. I'm surprised it was able to hold the bottles sturdy w/out flimsy. Make sure to use washers as the parts kit only has the bolts, split lock washers preferably. Make sure you follow the instructions bc every part is numbered/lettered on the bag. I had to redo the 1st pic. bc I went w/ my instinct and didn't use the instruction paper. The best position is the upward position (2nd pic.) to prevent bottles from leaking. Price is high for a $20 product but I searched everywhere online.

While it took a bit to assemble it is made of quality metal with good fasteners. It hold the bottles firmly and they are easy to insert and to remove. It really cleaned up my storage

I took pictures and hopefully they load in the correct order. The directions tell you sort of to put A on the bottom, B in the middle and C on the top. Now, they nice thing is each curved piece, that the bottle rests on is the same. I laid the parts on the ground with a sign saying A, B and C. Took me a while to determine which is which because they have no labels. Once I figured that out, I assembled best I could according to the directions. As you can see, it shows A on the bottom, but A has these finishing caps. C has a screw hole for the adjustable feet. So, I flipped the curved pieces over (see pic with two correct and one incorrect) and left the sides the same, just with C on the bottom. Now, it works. The pieces are hollow, but seem sturdy. I got the black one, which is a flat pebbled black, and the screws are bright silver. My cat helped assemble it, and hopefully that will upload as well. I think this will be sturdy enough for me, but time will tell. The rack is completely pressed up against the wall, with trim at the floor. The bottles tilt up, but if I had it farther from the wall I could store them tilted down, but that wouldn't be ideal. Hopefully this review helps you decide if this is right for you. Why we all buy these things, as bottles all lined up take up so much space. These are not for anyone who can't lift 3-5 gallon bottles full of water, as they can be very heavy. Of course you probably wouldn't own these types of products to start with, and be lugging gallon jugs around instead. I was concerned about the rotation of the jugs as being used and having the bottom rung empty, and as long as you have it on a flat solid surface, there should be no issue. At first I was rotation the bottles to keep the bottom one full, but now feel comfortable leaving it empty until I fill the bottle to replace it.

This is actually a very well built, but light and thin rack. It holds five full five gallon jugs without wobbling and swaying. It is way stronger than it looks and it was easy to assemble. Definitely a good purchase. I might get a second one to leave the empties outside so I can ignore delivery days.

I love how this has a slim profile. It’s easy to slide water jugs in and out of this. It’s been sturdy so far, no problems. I will say it’s probably best to have this on a solid surface such as tile because it can sway around a little if touched, pushed. I haven’t had any issues with it and I’m definitely glad I made this purchase to store our 5 gallon jugs.
