These are great for prolonged small to medium boost in mental energy and focus. I use them for study sessions. Hard to comment on effects of Theanine as I don't usually get super jittery unless I have a lot of caffeine. But I do enjoy these pills and will buy again

So far I am liking it. I feel like I cant rate anything until after about 6 weeks of taking it. This was on a giveaway, and once I entered it was discounted really well. So I thought why not. However, so far so good. I take it with a bunch of other vitamins, so I don't know if its working or not, but I thought it cant hurt. Id have to re-rate this after I am done with the bottle. I personally only take this once a day in the morning with my breakfast and other vitamins.

I don't drink coffee or soda but am always looking for an alternative caffeine pill for a pick me up from time to time. This does the trick excellently! I've ordered other items from this brand and am a fan

I ordered this product a while back and just ran out. When I went to order, it asked for a review. The pills are easy to swallow and are fast acting.

I bough these because the ingredients seems more natural then most caffeine pills out there. The mct oil helps with absorption. They really got me going without gitterz

I love caffeine!! And my husband needs more, so he's been taking this as well and he seems a lot more energized by the end of day than compared to before. So winner!
