I use this for dirty bulking but it's not good for our health but yea chocolate flavour is good and the other is ewww the mango ,cookie ,coconut all of the are not good in tasteI use the chocolate flavor eith oats in breakfast and in my milkshake too that's it for today

Begginer's MASS gainer.Good Weight Gainer.Good product. The taste is good. The smell is also preety good. I gained 2kg weight in just 15 days. Overall good products. I am fully satisfied with this product.

I use it for my own reason not for it's nutrition or protein value. I don't like the taste of milk so I use something to add in milk to change the taste. If you are like me go for it chocolate flavour is reccomended.
