There’s a reason why every single student had these at college move in day! They’re lightweight, hold a lot, sturdy and fold down for easy storage. We only ended up using 5 for move in but I suspect they’ll all be used for move out when we’re just shoving stuff in randomly for a quick getaway versus the thoughtful packing strategy we had at move in!

We purchased these to use to move our daughter to college. They are thin, but very durable and hold lots of 'stuff'. My daughter loves them because they fold up small and are easy to store in her small dorm room. They are a little more expensive than purchasing directly from Ikea, but our store was sold out and it was 100% worth paying the extra money. My husband loved that they had a zipper closure and handles. He unloaded the car quickly without have things fall out as he transported them to the dorm room. Must have for moving your college student.

Picked this pack of 8 bags up so my daughter could pack up her dorm room at the end of the year. They are the perfect size to balance capacity with weight. Made move out super fast and easy. Will definitely use them again in the fall for move in. Also, the pack down very small so storage when not in use is easy.

We have bought several packs of these bags to move two kids to college over the years. They make moving so much easier.

I have another set of bags like this from Amazon but wanted to try the ikea. The ikea bags don’t feel as sturdy (material not as thick) and they’re slightly smaller, which isn’t necessarily a bag thing so they’re not terribly heavy to tote. I have two girls so I just wanted two different bags to identify their things. In retrospect I might have gone with the other bags in another color. If I didn’t have the other bags to compare, they’d probably get 5 stars.

Used to get kids to/from college where they don't have room to store luggage. Also great to pack on your suitcase if you're going somewhere where you'll acquire things and need to bring more home than will fit in luggage. Very durable.Label clearly in flying to a college town as we saw many at baggage claim.
