This putty is perfect for hand exercises and stress relief. It’s smooth, non-sticky, and really helps with strength and focus. I like that it is not messy even when it’s broken apart, you can easily take up the pieces by just using another piece of the putty. I also love the storage container, it keeps the putty at the right texture and when used and placed in containers, after few minutes it is restored to its original form as if it was never used.

I've had a problem with a sore thumb, and this has really helped as a therapeutic option. I gave some to my Daughter-In-Law for therapy for her broken finger and it helped her, too.

I use this therapy putty for stress relief. Before my recent retirement, (49 years in Healthcare with the last 5 working remotely), the frequent meetings were occasionally a source of frustration. I would often use the putty during these times to reduce the irritation - example: spending 30 minutes on the lunch and break schedule for our small department of 5 people. The putty took a bit of abuse that day. LOL Pulling the putty is relaxing to me. I would also use it when my hands were tired from typing on the keyboard for hours at a time. As therapy putty, the purpose is to improve hand strength and dexterity. It can be used by people with different abilities. My sister in law has MS. She has used this to help her hand mobility. You will want to store the putty in a container, particularly if you have children or pets to keep the putty free from dirt or pet hair. I purchased this as a gift for each one of my co-workers when I retired. My former manager shared that she uses hers daily.

The product arrived quickly and was priced right. The therapy putty works great and has been an excellent aid in my healing process.

This pack has a variety of toughness that work great for therapy or even stress relief. They putty does get sticky, however, and it will stick to different types of cloth which includes clothing, table mats, etc. It is pretty convenient that they can be stored all together in the container, and I would recommend it for careful individuals. Each container is pretty much filled to the brim. Keep away from children, though.

A putty or a clay. Whatever you call it. It's very nice, sealed and very hygienic. The colors are very bright and fun A texture of the of the clay is great

I have only known about therapeutic putty for a short time and wish I had known sooner. A physical therapist recommended it to see if it would help with hand neuropathy due to age and previous keyboard injuries. Having a variety of putty stiffnesses was great to determine which stiffness I needed. The putty's stiffness is affected by temperature so it is great to be able to switch to a higher stiffness on warmer days. I think the amount of putty to perform gross grips is lacking, but there is adequate product supply for other exercises. The putty does not stick to my hands and is odorless. I think rubber bands work better for many of the extension exercises but this putty excels with grip and pinching exercises. I had to consult the internet for exercise applications. I have not compared this product to other therapeutic putties, but am extremely pleased with this purchase.

Awesome product. I've been using "Silly Putty" for years to reduce stress and give my forearms a workout. This is far better and costs far less for the quantity.

Good quality putty! So long as you keep it in the small individual containers and store them in the lager container, they keep really well after months.
