I have ordered and used this product for several years at my community center. The quality is excellent and easy to replace spent container.

Pro's: I use it in my Coffee Shop as a "Niceity" for my customers. A little personal touchCons: But it's $15 a refill!! and I can go thru a refill every few weeks. It is so expensive I only use it during the busy summer months. There is no 1 gallon refill or anyway to manage the expenses.Plain and simple, it is just a maximum capitalistic expense because of their trademarks and patents. This whole thing is like $2 worth of Gel and $2 worth of plastic.....and Oh you bet they constructed it to be non-reuseable....It's just a money-soak product. Of course resellers have no control over that, it's all manufacturing engineering, marketing and executive decisions....But it's costs are unreasonable or otherwise I'd use it as much as possible.... but I can't...Cha-Ching $$$ .... suckin' the bucks.....
