Perfect
Bought this because my physical therapist recommended this brand. It worked so well that my wife tried it on herself and now I have to order one for me!!!!!

Just needs a snap buckle
This is almost perfect. Just needs an easy to use flat buckle so you don't have to tie a knot to keep it in place to sleep with it. Like the adjustable inflation mechanism. Very soft on the side that touches your skin.

Fixed my back problems
Yeah, this has some flaws mentioned in the reviews below (ex: moves around during the night), but it gets 5 stars from me for one giant reason: this was the only thing I tried that got rid of my back pain. I tried PT, sleeping with a wedge, using pillows and rolled blankets under my back, sleeping on my side, etc. Once I got this tuned to the right amount of pumps (9 for me) and figuring out where I should put it (right below the outward curve of the spine), I could sleep through the night. And that's a large, important thing in my life. So, yes, it's not perfect, but I won't quibble: any product that effectively gives me real sleep back, as well as reduces pain, deserves 5 stars.

Works as intended
Didn’t end up working for my needs but seemed like decent quality. I returned it but not because it was defective.

Good idea poorly executed
It’s brilliant that you can put an inflatable pillow around your lower waist along the lumbar region. I like that you can inflate the pillow to the exact thickness that works for you. What’s not so great is the fact that the rubber tube that inflates the pillow is sewn inside the strap for 25 inches before it emerges from the strap and attaches to the inflation bulb. So if you have a normal waist (under 50 inches), you’ll have a difficult time securing the pillow to your waste without kinking the rubber tube. It would have made much more sense to separate the tube/bulb from the strap much closer to the pillow, so the straps can be tightened around a normal waist. I don’t know if it’s poor design or bad Q/C. However, along a similar line, the book, Back Mechanic (by Dr. McGill who invented the pillow) is fantastic. I recommend the book highly!

Recommended by spine researcher Dr
Recommended by spine researcher Dr. Stuart McGill, this inflatable chair pillow performs wonderfully. The only issue here are the straps, they keep riding down, no matter how tightly I strap the belt in.

It is lightweight and easy to travel with, good for sitting on long haul flights on a plane or train. You simply pump air into the device and there is a valve if you filled it up too much. It is good for lower back issues like mine.

Game changer
This thing is amazing. I don’t use it to sleep all night but I do use it when I lie on my back. I also sometimes use it while sitting. It enables me to lie on my back which is so helpful. Yes, these probably won’t last forever but they are quality products, other reviews complain that they break over time but human beings are heavy and to me it makes sense that there will be natural wear and tear, especially if they are used 8 hours a night to sleep on. With occasional use (approx 10 hours a week) my pillow is as good as it is as the day I bought it, which was nearly a year ago

Great product for back pain
The PropAir sleeper is exactly what is advertised. It helps prop up the lower back while on your side or on your back. I feel totally supported. It helps to alleviate pain due to a bulging disk. Highly recommended.

Broke after one month of use
I bought on March 24, and by April 30 it was broken. It will not keep inflated. Deflates immediately. Very expensive, poorly constructed item :(
